Where children take flight

Exceptional care for children 8 weeks - 5 years

What Makes Us Special

Loving, Screen-Free Environment

We truly want Little Nest to feel like a second home, to both children & their families. Which is why we keep our daycare free from both television & iPads, so children spend their days interacting with their teachers and peers, not with screens.

Play-Based
Curriculum

Young children learn best through play, and our Montessori-inspired curriculum allows for children to learn all about their world, as well as shapes, colors & letters, through sensory play and hands-on activities.

Dual-Language Exposure

Little Nest is a bilingual environment, meaning our children are talking, singing & learning in both English and Spanish.

Large Outdoor Space

Our large, fenced backyard is our favorite place to be. Children enjoy planting and tending to the vegetable garden, playing in the extra-large sandbox, climbing the playscape & running through the grass.

Organic Meals & Snacks

Even the pickiest eaters love the home-cooked food here at Little Nest. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are all provided here on-site. Everything we serve is organic, with plenty of fruits, vegetables & iron-rich foods on the menu each day.

Red & Blue...
The Best of Both Worlds

At Little Nest Red & Blue, we marry the comforts and familiarity of a home daycare with the structure and curriculum of a center.

Though we tailor our activities to each child's developmental age, we do not have separate infant, toddler and pre-k rooms. Maintaining a mixed-age group allows for true bonds to grow, not only between children and caregivers, but between the children themselves. Our youngest children have the chance to learn from the older ones, our older ones have the opportunity to help their younger friends, and you as a parent can feel comforted knowing that your child never has to abruptly readjust to a new classroom.

What Parents Think

"We now have 2 children at Little Nest, and my older son wakes up every day asking if he is going to Redi & Felsy's today. Our oldest is not even 2.5 and our family is amazed he can recognize all his letters and numbers through 20, but truthfully, I am just comforted in knowing I am sending my children somewhere where they are safe, loved and appreciated for who they are."
